Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

All engines and transmissions are sold as used OEM parts.

We offer a 30-day exchange period from the date of purchase.

Exchange Eligibility

An exchange will be provided only if:

  • The engine or transmission has a verified internal mechanical defect.
  • The issue was present at the time of sale.
  • The unit has not been disassembled, modified, or tampered with.
  • Proper installation procedures were followed.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Not Covered

We do not cover:

  • Labor costs
  • Installation or removal costs
  • Towing fees
  • Improper installation damage
  • Overheating or oil starvation
  • External components (sensors, wiring, accessories)

Exchange Process

If you believe your unit has a defect:

  1. Contact us immediately within 30 days.
  2. Provide invoice number and VIN.
  3. Describe the issue in detail.

After inspection and approval, we will exchange the unit for a comparable replacement part.

Installation Requirements

Engine or transmission must be installed by a qualified mechanic.
New fluids, filters, gaskets, and seals must be replaced prior to startup.

Failure to follow proper installation procedures voids exchange eligibility.
